The GTY320 is built around the Cummins NTA855-C360S10 diesel rated at 257 kW — a proven turbocharged, aftercooled power unit.
Traction reserve: The engine delivers 1440 N·m of torque and is tuned for maximum pull in the low rpm range, working confidently under peak loads without keeping the revs high.
Efficiency: A fuel consumption of 245 g/kW·h and four valves per cylinder provide high power with restrained fuel use.
Reliability: Pulse exhaust manifold, precise crankshaft balancing and high-quality casting increase service life and stability in demanding field conditions.
2. Non-stop shifting transmission
Torque converter: The 3-element, single-stage, single-phase converter ensures smooth power transfer, high efficiency and a large load reserve, steplessly adapting to ground resistance.
Gearbox: The planetary gearbox with multiple-disc clutches and hydraulic control shifts under load without stopping the machine — three speeds forward and three reverse — saving operator effort and keeping a high work pace.
Final drive: Triangle spline and tip-relief crowned gears improve balance and stability during power transmission, reduce noise and extend service life.
3. Productive work equipment
Blade: The blade range covers straight-tilt, angle and semi-U types with capacity up to 11.9 m³. The new blade is more durable and capacious, increasing the volume moved per pass.
Ripper: A single- or three-shank ripper with digging depth up to 543 mm handles dense and rocky ground without preliminary breaking.
Hydraulics: A 355 L/min flow and piloted implement controls minimise operator effort and ensure precise attachment work.
4. Cab and control
Hexahedral cab: The new hexahedral cab provides excellent all-round visibility, powerful ventilation and effective dust protection.
Monitoring system: Operating-parameter monitoring with fault alarms works reliably and helps react to deviations in time.
Undercarriage: The segmented sprocket and floating seals in all undercarriage units deliver durability and contamination resistance in quarry and heavy-ground operation.
