Hyundai excavator

01. Scheduled Maintenance (SM)

To ensure an uninterrupted workflow and maintain the factory warranty (2 years or 3,000 operating hours), the equipment must strictly undergo scheduled maintenance according to the schedule.

First SM (Break-in)

Conducted after the first 50-250 operating hours (depending on the model). This is the most crucial stage for the longevity of the engine and hydraulic system.

Periodic SM

Conducted every 250, 500, and 1,000 operating hours. Each service includes deep system diagnostics and replacement of technological fluids.

Hi-MATE Control

We recommend that customers monitor the notifications of the remote monitoring system, which automatically reminds you of the approaching service deadline.

02. Quality Service Principles

Original Materials

Only original filters, teeth, seals, and lubricants from Hyundai genuine parts. Cheap analogs are the cause of expensive breakdowns.

Factory Technology

Work is carried out according to the technological maps of HD Hyundai Construction Equipment Co., Ltd. Hydraulics and electronics are configured via software.

Certified Personnel

Only specialists who have passed special training courses and hold valid admission certificates are allowed to work on the equipment.

03. Operational Requirements

Fuel and Oil Quality

Use of diesel fuel that meets state standards. To protect the fuel system, the equipment must be equipped with our standard separators.

Important Condition

Daily Inspection (DI)

Before the start of each shift, the operator must conduct a visual inspection, check fluid levels, and lubricate friction units.

Every shift

Operator Qualification

Only persons who have undergone initial briefing at the GST KOREA CO. LTD service center are allowed to operate HD Hyundai equipment.
